How much can I earn?
You set your own hourly rate. Most caregivers on PairCare charge $22–$35/hour. You keep 90% of what you charge — a 10% platform fee is deducted per payout. Still far more than agency work.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days. Background checks can add 3–5 days.
When do I get paid?
Payments are released to your Stripe account within 2 business days after a booking is marked complete.
Do I need to use Stripe?
Yes. We use Stripe Express for secure, fast payouts. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
Do I need a CNA or HHA license to join?
No! PairCare welcomes caregivers at all experience levels. Certified CNAs and HHAs join as Certified tier, experienced caregivers (1+ year) join as Experienced tier, and those passionate about companionship care can join as Companion tier.
Is there a fee to join PairCare?
Joining PairCare is completely free. A 10% platform fee is automatically deducted from each payout — that's it. No sign-up fees, no subscriptions, no surprises. Optional background checks are available to boost your profile visibility.
